"Don't Give Up" has got to be my favorite Gabriel song. It has such a wide range of emotions. My favorite parts are "Drove all night towards my home/the place where I was born on the lakeside/As daylight broke I saw the earth/The trees had burnt down to the ground" and "Going to stand upon that bridge/Keep my eyes down below/Whatever may come and whatever may go/That river's flowing." I also like Salsbury hill. Mostly because of the great guitar intro.
