Ok This guy flirted with my cousin only for free t-shirts and discounts on sneakers and other shoes. My cousin is suppose to return to the job where this all occurred, if he goes back to that store to shop (which there is a 98% chance he will) what should my cousin expect from him?

she should expect him to try that again so she should come up ahead of time with a response - I can't give you that because they are auditing what we do - if I give you that discount it comes out of my paycheck and I can't afford it!! I had to pay the difference myself the last time I did that and I can't afford to again - perhaps some others that would come to her mind working there.

Sounds like your cousin stole money from the money by giving unauthorized discounts. She should be fired. If the discounts are authorized, then she should do nothing when he returns except wait on him in the way she is paid to do.
