If his hearing is normal, just have him put his ear to your belly. He can listen even if he can't feel the movement. Just be warned. I got "punched or kicked" in the ear that way. It's also neat to hear the heart beat. Not everyone can, but it was still neat. There's also hic-ups to hear. It's fun. At least this part is fun.

Ususally the baby can be felt from the outside at around 22 to 26 weeks. Congrats and good luck! If you lie still and keep the room quiet, when the baby id moving have your husband gently lie his hand where you feel the most movement and if he just relaxes and is sensitive to the touch he may feel it sooner.

That depends on your baby. It seemed when I was pregnant, my son would always be quiet if someone was trying to feel him move. He moved around any other time though. If lucky other should be able to feel him/her move at about 20 weeks.

My baby was really moving around (all day everyday! lol) at about 18/19wks - i felt it sooner but that was when they movements became more noticeable!
My partner couldn't feel baby until about 23wks. I'm 25wks now.
I could feel the movements from the outside at about 21wks but everytime he placed his hand on my belly baby would be still! lol. At about 23wks i was talking to baby with my hand on my belly and my partner walked in and placed his hand on my stomach and baby proceeded to give a repetitive almighty kick right at daddy's hand! lol. I don't think baby appreciated the interruption! lol.
Congrats and good luck :)
