I'd have to argue that Britney Spears is the worlds biggest skank. She can't seem to keep her underwear on, let alone her clothes in general. It would be one thing if she actually looked good but she's sooo nasty. She's got lots of money yet she insists on wearing god awful hair extensions.

Paris was the biggest but she's toned it down a bit. I think Britney wants the title but Lindsay Lohan tops them both.

I'll admit that Paris is pretty skanky, but she's not dropping kids by the minute, nor did she steal a pregnant womans boyfriend. On top of that, she wasn't caught driving with a baby in her lap and then insult country people by putting it off on them. Sorry, Brittany Spears has her beat.
