Sometimes the best way of ending something,is actually doing it. It may seem like a loosing situation but being tactful about it,explaining that either you or he has a spouse that either of you should fix your relationships instead of seeking fullfillment from other people because your current relationship isn't just where you want it to be.
In these cases,it may be wise to find another job all together,because it's kind of tacky dating,and or having an affair with your boss,who might possibly take a grudge out on you,and fire you. So do yourself a favor,and be three steps ahead of the grudge.

Depending on how big your company is, if you have an HR department, go to them first and let them know what is going on and that you plan on breaking up with him/her and that you are now fearful of the retaliation (loosing your job). Then go to your boss and let him/her know that it's over. If you boss tries to retaliate, go back to HR and let them know what happened. If you don't have HR then I guess you need to take your chances. But if one or both of you are married, having an affair is just wrong and you have to do what you have to do. Good Luck!

If I was you, I would get one of your (hot) friends to "bump" into him and come on to him or her. Then have it so that they kiss (whether he or she backs out of it or not). If he or she keeps kissing, he is not worth it. Say that someone saw them (or you can show up) and say that you have had had enough. This way he or she will feel bad and then you will be off the hook. This way, it will not really ruin your job.

**What I meant by showing up is like being at a bookstore together and have a friend of yours show up (one that he does not know). Wonder away from him and then have your friend pretend to be his girlfriend (acting suprised and happy to see him). If he or she can get him to not talk and have you two battle it out. Then you can be all upset and break it off then.

sit down with him, be honest and open, and direct, without anger or putting him on the defense. u might loose your job over it, maybe not, but i would just tell him honestly that u just can't do this anymore, that it is morally wrong and u are feeling guilt over it. than cut off all ties, and mean it, and maybe find a new job.
