It's not a big thing, certainly not a huge risk.

Modern form filler programs are written to recognize an online form, and then jump on it and fill it out. There really are two problems with having more than one of these programs active:
* you have to maintain your information in more than one database, and
* when an on-screen form pops up, how do the programs know which one of them you want to use to fill out the form?

Presumably, you are thinking about having two of these programs because each one of them does some particular thing better than the other.
If the problem in the first bullet point doesn't bother you, I would simply try out having both of these programs running and popping up a few of the forms you work with (passwords, address fields, etc.). If you don't notice too many conflicts, stay with it.

However, keep the following in mind: these programs are updated very frequently. While the current versions might not cause any conflicts right now, suddenly, after a version update, the situation might be different. You'll have to keep on observing.

Another thing I would do: find the features of each program you are missing in the other one, and send them as suggested improvements to the developers. Maybe you will end up with one program that does everything you need it to do?
