Ok, I use Proactive, I have to say I love it! You can buy it at the mall, or on TV. Those are the only two places besides the internet I know of getting them.

There is some stuff that they sell in the drug stores, called AcneFree. I buy mine at Wal-Mart. It's about 10-15 bucks cheaper than ProActiv and works just like it. The containers and product types are the same! ProActiv just costs more because it's endorsed by celebrities. AcneFree has the same active ingredients, etc. Otherwise you might be able to find it at Ulta or a kiosk in the mall.

i think of that Proactive may well be distinctly harsh. i take advantage of it and that i chanced on that my pores and skin had to regulate to the scrubbing (step a million) the astringent (step 2) and the benz-perox (step 3). I additionally had the redness yet, my pores and skin is amazingly annoying and the redness went away with moisturizing. (now and lower back, if i'm getting too lots of the Proactive on my neck i'm getting a dry pores and skin rash.) i'm in my 2d month of making use of it and that i might desire to declare that that is taken approximately this long (2 months!!) for my pores and skin to grow to be extra sparkling. i assume, for me, Proactive only helped me do extra desirable than only wash with a face-cleansing soap. it style of appears like my pores and skin desires that extra desirable couple of steps to be much less pimply. For you, I recommend which you moisturize. additionally, be careful of the sunlight while you're common-skinned -- the stuff in Proactive can and could make your face-pores and skin extra gentle to the sunlight. Your "worsening" may well be a symptom of "overdrying" from the Proactive chemical compounds. a stable moisturizer when you do the stairs might help. look for sparkling & sparkling's medicated moisturizer -- that is great at lowering zits and it moisturizes. stable luck!
