Yes I Did, but not anymore. When I was doing it it was working, It cuts down on your craving for lots of food,It shrinks your stomach. You only want to eat little amounts of your meals. Only take it once a day, 1 teaspoon with a full 8 oz. glass of water. You will gain more energy and vigor at the same time. I had to quit because I will be needing surgery soon, but when I;m better will go back to it.. Just quit whenever you feel you have loss enough weight.

My mom swears by it-but I just can't stomach the taste! She takes a spoon of it every day when she needs to drop a few pounds, until she loses it.
