I believe speculation...Nick Lachey was a surprise guest at MTV Goes Gold's New Year's Eve celebration.
And, as the clock struck midnight on Sunday all eyes were on the singer and his VJ girlfriend, Vanessa Minnillo.
Lachey whispered something sweet in Minnillo's ear and the former beauty queen began crying.
They then shared a very public and tender kiss for the whole word to see!
However......Pete Doherty and Kate Moss got married Today. .

Well Nick did whisper in her ear. That could have been a "Will you marry me?" I don't think Nick can move on that fast from Jessica. It's only been 8 months. Generally, after a failed marriage, people wait longer to re-marry, to make sure the heartache will not happen again.

No according Entertainment News...if I am not mistaken... they are dating but neither one are ready for such committing because of the recent break-up they have had.
