I recently purchased a Holmes Harmony Air Purifier and I am not sure if its working correctly. It doesn't make any sound and it also doesn't blow out air strong enough for me to feel. Although the power light is on. Is this how air purifiers are supposed to work?

You for sure should be able to feel the circulating air. Mine blows and circulates the room air at least 4 - 6 times an hour. Take it back and get another. Just make sure you check it out at the store first to make sure it works.

I have several of the ionic breeze air purifiers. You can tell that they are working b/c of the deposit of crud on the collection grid that you have to clean.
