I need more info but yes it can be done..wire the gfi to the line side of the gfi.
Or do you want 2 switches to operate the gfi??

If you only have one box in the wall, you can't. The switch(s) is in series with the wires, the gfi can't be.

not completely clear on question, but for general information they make GFCI cicuit breakers to install in panel.
