I have already downloaded one item. Now it froze half-way through the download. What do I do?

Does it matter that its downloading a system update? If I quilt out, will it fry the system?

According to Nintendo chat site, you unplug the back of it & plug it back in. They say it will unfreeze. My Wii has not had this problem yet, but they say it is too much action going on for system. I love my Wii.

Thats why you shouldnt get a Wii, but anyway on my 360 when that I just shut it off and started the update aigain
