The Razr can be a part of a family plan. Now that it is more popular, it is much cheaper. My family has a plan with four phones and all of us have Razrs. So all you need to do is go to www.verizonwireless.com, or go into a store and apply for phones. They have Silver, Charcoal Gray, and Pink available.

razr makes phones for almost alll large phone companys, even ampd mobile. the company sells the phone modified to work with their service, and yes razr does sell to verizon i believe

Verizon and Motorola are two different companies. Verizon had Motorola make phones to their specifications to be used on their network.

Yes it is,but research it alittle before buying one. I do not like mine as the buttons stick and the phone is tempermental. I have had to reset it three times since getting it three months ago. It would be great if it worked, but it gets poor signal reception and calls are muffled.

Actuallly it can. I have a Family SharePlan with our whole family having Razr V3 (except for my child who lost hers and isn't getting a new one.)
