I suggest looking at the COLA in your area, or ask other retail managers what type of raises they are giving workers.

Traditionally, most establishments give a 3%-4% pay increase depending on work performance.

They will usually based it on your stores yearly sales. And the review your boss gives you. Ive worked a retail job for 7 years and my raises are usually between .32 and 1.00.

Maybe .50 hr?
