There are two ways, first, open IE, and click on tools in the toolbar, and click delete browsing history. Another screen will come up giving you the option to delete history, cookies, forms, etc. Delete the items as needed. The second way is to right click on the IE destop icon, and select properties, and under browsing history, click on delete, and a screen will come up asking you what you want to delete.

Easy.
With your browser open, click on "tools".
Then click on "Internet options".
Then click on the "general" tab. It will probably be open as a default.
Then under "temporary Internet files", click on "delete cookies".
That's it. Simple.
You can also do it off-line by going to "control panel" and clicking on "Internet options", then follow the above instructions.
