What a wonderful concept.
1. I would heal all who need healing, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
2. I would bridge the gulfs between adversaries - all over the world, both individual and groups.
3. I would teach the impoverished how to self-support.
4. I would temper the greed of those who do not care who they are hurting by their selfish ways.
5. I would clean up the waters and air for the future generations.
6. I would have each and every person appreciate and respect and improve the beauty all around us.
7. I would have each and every person in the world, love and be loved.
8. I would give each and every person the tools they need to be self-respecting and worthwhile in all areas of life - physical, emotional, spiritual and intellectual.
9. I would encourage everyone to be the best person they could possibly be - to continue self-education, and to grow as human beings as long as they live.
10. I would thank our benevolent Higher Power for giving us free will and encouraging us to make the best possible use of it.

I would go back to the morning of 9/11/01 and have the security people stop and detain all the terrorists from boarding their planes. I would want the FBI bought in ASAP so that the terror cells could have been squelched before they killed thousands of truly innocent people.
Oh I would also have let the true evil stupidity of G.W.B. be broadcast nationwide so that Al Gore could have actually taken office.

I would quickly redistribute all the food in the world. I would tear down large corporations and quickly build lots of mom and pop stores all over the world. I would teach every man to fish. I would distribute all the books in the world so that everyone would own at least one. I would make sure that each area in the world had a major medical center, accessible to all. I would enlist everyone I knew to help me install wells in underdeveloped nations. I would deliver seed to everyone.
