I have taken Spanish both years in junior high, 11th and 12th in high school and also at the university I'm at now. I looked it up in our textbook and verified with a Latino friend, it means 'Please get me a glass of water'. It may easily be mistaken for 'You are always in my heart' because of the verb/noun placement, but trust me, thats not what it means.
