Get a lawyer with no cost and where he/she will receive fee if we win the case?

I was terminated from my job. I must fix this because I can no longer work for the govt. It was over 2.5 years ago this happened. However it was not fair. Many other people were also terminated from this company at this place. If we communicate I can provide more detailed information. So if you decide to take the time to answer this please be prepared to spend some time on the pc to communicate the best answer. I would prefer not to hear things like time of limitations, there is no limit to wrong doing. If you disagree please dont tell me.
