Browns are best with blue eye since it makes them stand out. If you wear cool colors then use pinks with it, if you wear warm colors use golds with it. Have fun playing around with different things.

I have found that something in a green shade will compliment your blue eyes nicely. Also a navy blue liner with a buff color shadow can be very dramatic if used properly. Apply the shadow to the top lid at the lash line. Make sure you get right down to the lashes. Smudge it slightly to soften the line. When lining the lower lashes, go right under the lashes. I never go more than half way from the corner of my eye. Even better is to go about a quarter of the way from the bottom corner of your eye. Again, slightly smudge to soften the line. Certain purples work well too.
Yes I do have blue eyes and have been the beauty business for over 35 years. Have fun experimenting, Go to the drug store and buy several inexpensive liners and shadows.
Also, don't neglect your eye brows. Nicely shaped and filled in brows will frame your eyes.
Always smile and let your smile reach your eyes. They'll sparkle and you'll always look pretty.

Blue eyes are always fun to play with, but over-doing makeup can make you look like trailer-trash, so keep it simple. Line your eyes with brown eyeliner, and then blend it in a little. Eye pencils with blending sponges built in are great for this. Then add a light beige-ish eyeshadow over the whole lid. (I mean really light.) Next, take a light brown color (that's a tad darker than the beige) and swipe it over the crease of your eye-lid. Add some mascara (waterproof is always the best) and you're set!

well in shadows you can use a soft blue or darker blue and light up with a silver tone over top and blend in nicely . lots of blues out there you can shade them in with silver to give them a different effect.. as far as liner goes you can use a light blue to one that has a sparkle of blue in it depending on the season. you can also go with a soft brownish black. and you can underline with white on the inside of your eye. it will make it pop for you.

If you wear like a brownish reddish brick color, or a bronzy color, they will look really nice. Or if you line the inner rims of your eyes with a black eyeliner, it would really make them stand out.

Pinks, purples, browns. Use the brown as a contouring color and the colors on the lid. Green is a color you do not want to use.
