Of course not Liz was a more accomplished actress. Yes she has several husbands but a personal life was consider as much of a joke as Jennifer Lopez. And Elizabeth Taylor is white and J-Lo is Latina. What similarities do you see. I see 0.
Oh and Liz Taylor didn't have that big kdunk adunk.

Did you see JoLo being an accomplished child actress? Do you see JoLo doing Shakespeare? Where is the glamor, the elegance? Where are the tabliod love affairs that rise to the level of Burton - Taylor? How do you compare "Maid in New York" (or whatever that movie was that I saw on an airplane) with Taming of the Shrew, or the Velvet movies?

If we're talking about her ability to collect husbands, than sure. Other than that... I don't know. Elizabeth Taylor had a broader appeal than J. Lo is capable of.

Liz Taylor is just another plastic-surgery-addicted Has-been who's creepy relationship with Michael Jackson makes her even more pitiful.
I've never seen any movie with J-L, nor do I know her music, nor do I care.
Sounds like she's halfway there!

I like J Lo, but she'll never never be a new Eliz. Taylor. Taylor is a classic. No one will fill her shoes. From a child star to now - she is one of a kind.
