i want to ship one queen size mattress/box spring with head and foot board to boston, MA. from seattle, washington.
can anybody recommend any good reliable moving company.

If that is all you want to ship and you have no sentimental feelings toward either, I would say sell it and buy new. It will be a lot cheaper than hiring a mover. If it's just a headboard, you don't need to hire a mover for this, you just send it via ups.
