Ask your mom when she got her period. Usually, girls get their periods about the same age as their mom. And trust me, you are lucky not to have your period, its a pain. If you haven't had your period when you are 16, you should see a doctor.
Signs that you will start your period:
Discharge for 6-18 months before first period
Breast Devolopment 2 years before first period.
About the hole in yuor hymen, have your doctor check it out. Some girls don't have one and they have to make it on their own.

Until you are at least 16 don't worry if you haven't started your period. You body would tell you something is wrong if your hymen had no opening in it and you had started your periods. You are just not at the right time yet so just wait it out and you really should be glad that you don't have to deal with all of that just yet.

I am a docter and no you will get your period dear, my daughter thought the same thing as you are thinking but really what it is is that you are just late blumers, i had mine at 15(i no wow) it was because my mother had it at that age it mostly dependz on yr family my daughter had it at age 15 and1 half and itz because she is thin(that makes a diff)

everyone bodies are different. My mom didn't start hers until she was 17 yrs. old. Don't panic. Enjoy these period-less days while you still have them. But be careful, you still may be able to get pregnant. Don't worry about it. Please don't attempt to have sex either. You'll be open to infection as well as pregnancy. Good luck and don't rush it!

Having your period is horriblleee. It's not something you should be looking forward to or wanting.
But don't worry....I know people that didn't start til they were 18 :]

some girls get it at 11 and then some 15 or 16
take advantage of the freedom while you can
