See if you can find a .wav to .mp3 converter, and convert the file to .mp3, which will shrink the size.

Just type in google, .wav to .mp3 converter. That'w what I did, and came up with the links below.

Unless you own the server you're sending/receiving it on there's no way you'll be able to send that as an attatchment. You'll have to find a free file upoloading service.

First convert it to MP3 or WMA. There are countless free converters available. It will be smaller that way.
