It depends on how often you play and how many ticket you buy. The more you buy the better your odds are of winning. Will you win the lotto is hard to answer. Are you a lucky person?, if you play a lot then the odds are good that eventually you will win something.

Your chance of being killed by a lightning strike about 1 in 76, 000 whereas your chance of winning the lotto is about 1 in 14 million.

So I'm afraid the answer is no.

But look on the bright side, it's pretty unlikely you'll be struck by lightning, either!

As you know, the lottery is determined by the numerical odds involved in the particular drawing you are involved with. Now, having said that, if there are fewer than 20 million entries and you have purchased 20 tickets, then I would say you haven't a chance in hell of being promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer of your firm. However, that is not to say that such a winning ticket would not allow you to tell the firm what they can do with the C.F.O.'s position. Go for it!!!
