Importing my DVD video footage...?

How do I get video footage off of DVDs to put on window movie maker?

Hello..

well first off if the dvd is copyright protected then you will need to download a decrpyter such as anydvd to take away the protection. After installing Anydvd put the dvd in the machine and let anydvd read it.. it should automatically remove all encryptions

Then download a program called winavi, this program will convert from dvd to anyother format, mpeg is what you will use for windows movie maker.
