I can't say I know what you're going through...
But just realize that God has a plan for you.
He will bring you the right one in His time.
Just have faith in Him.
Pray to Him and know that He is there for you and will help you through this.
Take this as an experience. Learn from it.
Use the past to build the future.

Find something that will distract you from going back to thinking about them. I dont suggest you date someone else in order to get over the ex, you dont always get over the ex by dating someone knew. Give yourself enough time to explore other hobbies and such. In the process you can really think about what you want in a future relationship.
