I have lost my voice two times and one thing i notice the day before is that i could feel something bothering me like a piece of food or a piece of paper something really thin and pointy.

I completely lost my voice last week for 3 days. For about 3 days before I lost it, I had a sore throat. It was tingly and sore. You might want to look down your throat and see if there's any spots or irritation down there.

I guess you mean singing or somethig... well, day night before you feel a little weird on your throat, like if your throat was a little bit too relaxed, or ticklish...
