It seems you can sue someone for pretty much anything these days. But that doesn't mean you should. So no, unless you are that deeply offended or emotionally scarred by what I assume is a misprint of the brand's name.

Sure you can. You can sue anyone for anything. Doesn't mean you'll win though (or that someone will take the case, or even hear the case for that matter). But go for it.

Yeah,all you have to do is say that it affended you and you could surely sue.
