I really think that you need to look at the things that he has done and just state your own opinion. Think about the war in Iraq. Do you think that this encourages world peace or is a threat to it. Think of the death of Saddam. Does that make people feel good about us or want to kill Americans?
It really is an opinion. You will write the best essay if you say what you feel based on what Bush has done. I personally am concerned about the repercussions of the death of Saddam. I am not saying that I am opposed to him being executed, but I fear that many people will directly blame the US even though the Iraqui government made the decision. I fear for the safety of our country and citizens.

Yes, I do think that George Bush has become one of the biggest threats to world peace. Not only has he invaded the beautiful country of Iraq, but he has done it for a awful reason. Everyone knows that Iraq had NO playing part on September 11,2001, so why are the troops there? In my opinion, there is no reason and will never be (unless he thinks of a lie) on why we should be there. He is responsible for killing over 600,000 innocent Muslims in Iraq, just because of one reason. OIL!!!!! Who in the whole world would do that just to STEAL oil from a wonderful country? Before George Bush, there was no war, there WAS world peace in the Middle East.(or at least in Iraq.) For me, I think George Bush is the worst president that ever lived! Anyway, to sum it up, this is why I believe that George Bush has become and always will be one of the biggest threats to world peace.

It would take too long for me to write (and for you to read) an appropriate answer to your question. I would suggest, however, that you begin by watching Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 9/11 if you haven't already seen it. It will certainly give you more than enough material with which to make a start on your essay. If you then look at more recent international escalations in terrorism and nuclear build-up, and analyse them in terms of Bush's (or America's) involvement, then you should have be able to write a convincing paper.

It is easy to follow the comedians' concept of a mindless president but to balance your essay, you might add that he has tripled direct humanitarian and development aid to the world's most impoverished continent since taking office and recently vowed to double that increased amount by 2010 -- to nearly $9 billion. The moves have surprised -- and pleased -- longtime supporters of assistance for Africa, who note that because Bush has received little support from African American voters, he has little obvious political incentive for his interest.
He is also considering an economics aid package for Iraq which could help with reconstruction.

I agree. He hasn't got a brain in his head. He's always got to have people feeding him lines cos he can't think for himself. He'd never manage a session in parliament where he could have people preparing answers for him.
There is no thought for the wider world community only for his own gain.
