There really isn't any graphical difference since Twilight Princess was originally planned only for the GameCube. TP for the Wii is basically a port of the GameCube game but with Wii Remote controls (which are a lot of fun to use and very easy to learn) and an entirely mirrored world because Nintendo believed that most of the players would be right-handed (Link is actually Left-Handed). (Likewise, If you are reading a walkthough and it tells you to go west on the wii version, you have to go east on the GameCube)

The graphics are basically the same so it's entirely up to you, only the wii is widescreen and supports 480p.

Me: I perfer the Wii version because of it's controls.

LiveWire is absolutely right. There is no graphical difference between the two, but the Wii version can get a graphical update due to the fact that the Wii can output it at 480p, instead of 480i, using the component cables so the Wii version might look a little better.

the graphics will be better, but many of my friend prefer to play the zelda game on the gamecube do to the controls on the wiimote. it depend on what you like. but if you want to use the normal controller you can still buy the gamecube zelda and play it on the wii, using the old controllers plugged into the gamecube controller ports.
