It only happed once after having sex. After 1/2 hour the pain died down.

From my knowledge it could be many possible things. the most likely is gas and bloating. The other possibility is a desease called pelvic inflammitory disease or P.I.D. for short, you would have to go to your doctor or the emergency room for a diagnosis and the give you a shot in your butt and tell you to make a follow up appointment. If it happens once in a great while its probably just gas but if its regular or frequent go to the doctor or health clinic P.I.D. can cause alot of problems, so can any other s.t.d. so be carefull and no matter how bad condoms may suck use them EVERYTIME

It's time for a doctor visit. If it was a dull pain in the general area, then that's one thing, but a sharp pain in a specific area needs to be looked into.

Gas, Honestly.......... I had the same experience. The motion stirs up the gas in the lower intestine causing the pain . Try laying on you stomach or go to the bathroom and relieve your self.

It could be due to the position, but if it happens frequently it may be a sign of cervical cancer.

sounds like either PID or UTI. In any event, I suggest you go to a doctor.
