This has been very unfortunate. I was in downtown Denver on New years eve and it's horrible to learn this happpened.. I feel terrible for his family and his teammates. There's a rumor he died on Javon Walker and if that's true or not, I hope I never have to go through that. Some people are suggesting he could have been involved in bad situations and although we never know the true side of these guys, I don't think he was one of them. Probably just having a good time on new years. Very sad. I know on the internet there are articles about him going to speak against gang violence and turning his life around after hanging with the "wrong crowd". I will miss him. Drummerboy, I don't agree with your comments. Why you wish death on people is beyond me.

Another guy in the wrong place at the wrong time, probably just having a good time, just like the rest of us on New Years

None of us personally knew him or anything, but even if he did hang out with the wrong crowd and get involved with gangs and drugs... every one deserves a second chance. its not fair he had to die before he could redeem his life. i think he already did though, thats how he got on the broncos and was doing well and stuff. its not fair for anyone to be murdered.

why do you love him? He was most likely another drug-using gangsta athlete who got what he deserved. People killed in drive by's like his case are 90% of the time involved in something illegal or gang-related. Good riddance I say. I feel the same when rappers get offed. I agree with Keith Richards: "Keep on at it boys; soon we'll be rid of the lot of ya."
You would de better to mourn the death or real heros like our soldiers than of derelicts like Williams.
