Has anyone ever heard of (and knows the rules to) a card game called Fiord or Fjord? It is played with regular playing cards. Maybe even more than one deck. We used to play it all the time in high school but none of us can remember how to play.

I have played it. We called it Cash, and we shouted cash both if we saw the signal on our team and if we saw it on the other team. You'd do your signal if you got four of a kind. Do you remember how it was dealt out?
