i have always been a fan of selena, but i just read something hinting that she was a drug adict and had Aids, is this true, or just a lie? i want to beleve it's a lie, i read this on the internet yesterday on my birthday (yaay! finaly 13!)and i really hope it isnt true. i remember how angry i was when i thought enya had a drinking problem( l8r to find it was a website with fame stories about stars.) i just need to know. i feel sad because i looked up to her when i was younger, and i just need to know.

One of the people I knew in Corpus Christi (I lived there when she was alive) owned a sports bar and claimed to me that he'd partied with Selena...I don't know if it's true. You should still enjoy her music. Even if it is true, people make mistakes and should be forgiven.

She didn't have AIDS, she was planning to have a fundraising concert for AIDS patients and she was apart of the DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education).
