Also if anyone has any suggestions on how to up the energy and lower the stress I am open to all of them.

Vitamin B12 is good for mental stress or foggy brain.

I have to recommend Himilayan Goji Juice. C and E are the two most important ones for your immune system.

For stress go with a B complex.

Some of those vitamins that come several to a plastic envelope per serving are very good quality and a good deal.
