In 1991 I had an AVM, I was in a coma for 1 1/2 years. All the so called "experts" said "if he wakes up, he'll never get outta bed" So the wife divorced me, I woke up, and I can do most everything. She divorced me because of the no-fault divorce. I thought at the time, "That sucked" but the more I think of it, I'm kinda glad.

well goes to show you she never cared to begin with, if she did she'd stick by you to the very end. I still don't get your question though. Anyway I'm glad you woke up and is now moving on. Best of luck to you my dear!

I am kind of glad, too, that she decided to divorce you. Now, you can get on with your life and find a better person. Your wife probably thought that since you may never get out from that coma, there is no need for her to stop her life. She needed to move on and that is what she did. now that you are out and about, you do the same thing. And now, since you are kinda glad that this happened, just move on.

The same thing happened to my husband long ago, but his wife had another man on the side ready to step in.

He had to have two surgeries for this- one to correct it (3 months in hospital) and one to correct an aneurysm as a result of the first surgery (another 3 months in the hospital).

He came home to a house that she had cleaned out completely. She took everything she wanted and broke the rest. He didn't have a chance since he was not supposed to make it through. She got all the advantages.
