I'm not a high roller ($5- $25 limits would be ideal), but I was curious about which strip casinos have the best blackjack, and where I should go play at. I am going there in July.
Or are they all pretty much the same?

Red or Green play isn't going to get you much attention at the major resorts on the strip. If you don't mind staying just off the strip, Palace Station would be a place where your play would get you noticed and on their marketing radar for future free room offers, and possible a room comp for your first stay...

Palace Station also has a free shuttle to/from the strip and McCarran airport..
Orleans or Gold Coast would also be worth checking into - They are both just off the strip with free shuttles to the strip - I stay at Orleans quite a bit and they have a lot of $5 tables even on Friday/Saturday nights.
