"Neon Nuptials" - A complete guide to Las Vegas weddings - by Ken Van Vechten - softcover $9.99 - 240 pages - order at http://www.shopLVA.com or 1-800-244-2224 Mon/Fri 9am-5pm PST
The best part is, you can talk to Ken if you have a question - at least when he's not away on a writing assignment. Often times he is hanging out on the Las Vegas Advisor forums..He knows more about LV weddings and the LV spa scene than anyone I know...

I would have to recommend any chappel in the central /southern part of the strip. When you start going on the northern part of the Strip it gets more ran down should I say.
