I can't really, I'm not a very sound sleeper until late at night. I'm not easy to block things out, unless I concentrate most carefully I guess.

I can block things out pretty well until somebody crosses the line then its a little hard to and i have to speak up. Sometimes its best to block things out and sometimes its best to stand your ground or speak up on something.
