God decided to save us through our Lord Jesus Christ, not to pour out his anger on us.
He died for us so that we can live with him forever, whether we are dead or alive at the time of his return.
So encourage each other and build each other up.

At times in my life I have felt suicidal, but now I know that God has a reason for each of us on this earth. I have been through many sad and depressing times but even when I could not see or feel God, I knew now that he was always there. I don't know if your religious or anything but it doesn't take a religious person to find out what the meaning of life is. I have been reading a really great book that I recomend for you. It's called The Purpose Driven Life:What is the meaning of life? look on barnes and noble.com. Also, feel free to e-mail me at carissalee@sbcglobal.net if you have any questions about anything.

To contribute to the lives of others and to the reduction of evil and suffering in the world.

The cool thing is that most every endeavor available to us in life can play this role and offer us this reward if we can see it that way. In fact, if we connected more readily how the work we do contributes to other's welfare and how it reduces evil and suffering in the world, we would feel and do better in our careers and lives.
