Dry cleaning is the only way. Be sure to tell them what the stain is. Never use any liquid on suede or leather.

A wrag and white vinegar,, dab on coat,,kills the smell,, then a wet warm water on cloth to finish up. After that a good suede brush and spray on treatment to treat it.

Brush the chunks off and take it to the dry cleaners. It will be costly but no home remedy will ever really get the puke smell out completely.
If you are gonna be partying that hard again, wear a rain slicker.. just kidding. Good Luck.

Try a product called Natures Miracle you can buy it at a pet store. Its made to take out urine smell, vomit, blood. It also can get rid of skunk smell.
