Hello, is there a way to sync the Toshiba Gigabeat S with iTunes?

No way- iTunes only works on iPods and some cell phones. I think Window Media Player will work with it though. Good Luck!!!

No, iTunes only works with iPod's and select iTunes devices, such as some models of Motorola phones.
