I had that problem too
In firefox
click tools>options>content
where is says block pop-ups click exceptions
add - game1.pogo.com and pogo.com
In Internet Explorer 7
click tools>pop-up blocker>pop-up blocker settings
again add - game1.pogo.com and pogo.com

give that a try
