I have a friend who asked me if the state they live in requires them to have parental involvement for minors for an abortion, could they go to a state where you didnt need parental involvement and get it there without their parents, and I didn't know, so I couldn't really help them out. Any info I could tell them next time we talk?

Logistically this will work. It is certainly legal in the state where the abortion will be performed.
Back in the 1960s when abortions were illegal in many states (before Roe v. Wade made them legal in every state), there were "underground railoads" for females who wanted to get abortions. People in states where abortion was still legal would offer to house and feed these ladies who needed or wanted abortions, and would help take care of them until they were well enough to return to their own states. This sure beat the coat-hangar abortions that were being performed by non-doctors in the states where abortion was illegal.

I can't in good conscience suggest ways for your friend to kill her baby. No matter where she goes, abortion is dangerous for her and lethal for an innocent child. If you really want to help her, show her this:
