Start taking a shower every day. No one likes a guy who isn't fresh.
Start dressing nicer... buy some suits. If you look good, you'll feel good.
Turn to Jesus... prayer can help when you are feeling depressed.
Buy some nice cologne... I would recommend something from the Kenneth Cole line.
Ask out a lot of girls... if you smell nice, one will say yes!
Your job is probably always going to suck... but maybe you can find something where you don't have to work too hard but it still pays decent. Become a successful slacker!
And remember... everyone feels like a "f***up" sometimes! Things will get better.
Good luck!

You should stop thinking negative thoughts begining with "I'm a f***up" deal with the most important aspects of your life first, your job, figure out what it is that is stopping you from getting good work and wages, then little by little take your time to fix those things, and I know it sounds dumb and screwy but think positive, then move on to the luxuries of human life, like a relationship, what makes you be less confident among your gender of chioce? Do you get nervous about how you appear, sound, or how good you are? Find out what the problem is and slowly fix it. Take your time and don't get angry at yourself

I had a problem just like yours, coming up into my 9th grade year in High School, it can really get the best of you, but something you should think about doing is picking something out about you and going on it if your smart then you have to understand that your smart and feel that your smart then let the world know it, its the same with anything else about you confidence come form within first then other will see it..

Take one of them career test/surveys to see what kind of things you would be good at, then try to pursue a career in it, go to college, etc. You don’t really need friends. Well they're nice to have but the chances of finding a nice, honest, trustworthy one in this world, are pretty slim. Every man for himself :) ....you don’t need to be seeing anyone because being single gives you a great opportunity to learn more about yourself and what kind of person you really want anyway! Look at the bright side of you having a low-paying job. At least you have one and can keep looking for a better one on the side. No one's telling you that you're not allowed to seek a better one. See it as a temporary thing. What are you to do now? Read my answer over and over again and believe me lol. I am right! Be happy with what you have and in the meantime, work for what you want with a smile on your face, and high beliefs in yourself. Believe it or not, allot of people out there have it way worse than you do :) .... good luck

Start believing that you are an unique individual. Hey listen up a bit, everyone has their problems in the world today and so you are not as alone as you think that you are. Right now the very first person you will fall in love with is YOU, yes that's right. Loving yourself and believing that you are an unique person are the prerequisites to having more confidence.

I found the most interesting way to gain confidence. Compliment other people. Every chance you get, smile, and say something nice. Boy! do people respond. Be sincere. People so enjoy nice words. You might be the greatest thing that happens to them in any given day. Thing is, they smile back, and make you feel important. You feel more worth for having done it. You matter. Your view will begin to change about yourself. It's pretty cool.

it takes some people longer to find there calling, whether its a hobby turned into income or finding a better job, you have to come to terms with yourself then be honest with yourself, quit
being so hard on yourself and look at the positives within you first.
get your priorities set, then go after what it is you want in your life.
no one is born perfect or confidant, so work on being more confidant with your self. dont try to impress people, just work on yourself. if every morning you can learn to like the person you see in the mirror, each day will offer you some guidance,
be yourself and make it a daily thing to work on small things in your life first, then work on the bigger things that will take longer to get.
you want a better job, fill out a resume and drop them off to employers. you want to better yourself, change what is making you so negative on yourself.
confidance comes from within and accepting you for you.
to thine ownself be true, u have to be true to yourself before you can be honest with anyone else.
there is solutions to everyhting negative in your life, you just need to motivation to seek the answers.
take care
