Perfect seems like a bit of a high benchmark, don't you think? You can always improve your mathematics skills, though. Pay attention in class, ask questions when you don't understand something, and practice! You can ask your teacher for more problems to practice on if you don't find enough in your textbook. there is no such thing as Perfect, however, you can be very successful by practicing and always try to understand things, instead of just memorizing things..
I used to do hundreds of problems.
