Talking myself through a situation to be analyzed, when by myself, to see if it makes sense. (I do this most often when working-out,-motivation) It's like telling many people of your weight-loss goals, not-smoking goals, etc. Subconscious reinforcement of conviction relayed vocally with emphasis by talking aloud to oneself. Strong expression. Emotion emission. The moan or scream in the bedroom. (Hopefully loudly more often than not) I heard myself commenting on plays during the football game yesterday, to myself>> "Did you see that catch?" (But I sometimes cursed a bad play as well.-but not too loudly, I have neighbors) Or, to irritate someone I when I know they are listenening, only. (talking to "myself"-getting in the last word) Some people talk to plants, some people tell their pets about their day. I think all of these examples show normalcy in the action of talking to oneself, and can be easily not done with very little focus in its effort. (Except maybe the bed-room situation-as it is more of an also, physical thing.) But if you start hearing voices, it's time to go see a doc.

Often I find myself going over past conversations in my mind and then sometimes blurt them out aloud. Once I start saying it outloud though I stop cuz I think to myself I must be losing my mind to be going over a conversation.

Sometimes when I'm talking to people, they turn away for no reason whilst I'm in midsentence. So I finish the sentence and i end up talking to myself, but I don't picture or think of it that way at all and honestly I really don't want to talk to myself!

Quite often, but usually without responses. It's more of a speech than a conversation. ;)

Just to verbalize thoughts, no conversation. I'm good as long as I realize there's just one of me.
