its usually your birthday! like a 4 digit code! just call them up and ask, I had to to it...I forgot how to do it too!

When I had a Virgin mobile phone mine was a four digit number that I registered when I first called to start up the service... You should be able to call their 800 number and get some support from them..... Good Luck
