You need to call Nextel. Only they can help you with this question.

You need to contact Nextel and see if they have a payment plan.
But I am going to guess that the further behind you get, they will just shut off your phone until it's all paid for. Cell phones don't generally have payment plans.

I suggest you have that phone shut off, pay off what you owe, and get a pre-paid phone. That way you can't go over your minutes, but you won't get any late charges on your bill.

Call Customer Care and let them know...they will ask you for a date when you can pay, give them the date when you will be able to make the payment.... that way your service will continue.

Call them right now......

Whenever you have problems with your bill payment, it is always better to talk to your creditors. You could be surprised to see how willingness they are to cooperate with you.

If you just ignore the payment. They may have to close your account and eventually send it to collection.

You can call into customer service and get that taken care of. As long as you don't reach a spending limit (assuming that you have one) your phones shouldn't get cut off. The sooner you take care of this issue the better.

Go in and talk to them. You might be able to put a freeze on it until you can pay. That's better than having it shut off.
