Yes, I got cramps a lot in my first trimester. I talked to my doctor and she said it was because of the embryo implanting into my uterus and then the ligaments in my uterus stretching. It's most common in first pregnancies when the uterus has never been stretched before. If you start bleeding or the cramps get worse call your doctor right away. Congrats about your pregnancy!

yeah its ok its only your body going through the changes for your baby to grow but if the cramps get stronger id advise to go to the doctors ive had 4 kids and with my first 2 i had cramps and everything was fine just as long as your not really stressed out or doing really hard work look after yourself ok

Yes and it is very likely... I am 24 weeks and in my first trimester I had cramping and was very worried about it, but my doctor explained that there is something growing inside of you and your body is expanding to provide room. Basically is just your ligaments adjusting...
